A true Ice Queen, Louisa is the coldest and most blunt person you could meet. She encourages separation and isolation, self-reliance and introversion. Louisa is the maintainer of rifts, those that are literal between objects and those that are metaphorical, like between people, nations and organizations. Her claim to fame is being a perpetual truth-teller - Louisa is always calling people out on their bullshit and never hides her feelings about anything from anyone. She believes that the truth hurts, and uses her knowlege of the truth to try to separate people and cause distrust. However, there are times when saying the truth is what can bring people closer together, and repair friendships that might have been on the rocks - friendships Louisa would rather destroy.

Louisa's presence causes people to want to distance themselves from others and spend time alone. People become more judgmental and less polite, and are more likely to say what they mean rather than sugar-coat their opinions. The patron god of debators, Louisa helps people cut out the fat and speak directly and to the point. Those with Louisa's favor work best on their own but find it difficult to admit when they need help.

Louisa is the embodiment of the Cold element, the element of ice, snow, and arctic and antarctic bodies of water. She fights with two fans that allow her to manipulate icy winds. Her fighting style is calculated, yet graceful, and she is ruthless in battle. Louisa's body is constantly expelling cold, making her very warm, which necessitates her clothing choice of light, summery wear, despite her Kingdom being a glacier-filled arctic sea. Her hobbies include giving her opinion whether or not people want to hear it, spending time alone, and making sure her Elemental Frosts keep up their decades long clan battles.

Louisa's frustration with not being able to accomplish her godly goals comes from the fact that Rifts and Cold oppose each other fundamentally. Cold, specifically ice, is formed when water molecules chemically bond together, and become stronger as a result. This contradiction prevents Louisa from being as potent as the other Offsprings. However, her brother and counterpart Joseph faces the same problem, and the two end up contributing to each other's goals enough that the universe remains balanced.
