BEFORE DEATH

Norio was a young fashion model for a famous fairy kei fashion brand when he was still a human before death. Having been in the spotlight since a teen, he had enjoyed all the attention from his fanbase and being treated like the gem of the company for many years. With his adorable looks and cutesy image, his promotional photos have charmed the heart out of countless people, causing him to believe that he is always the best of the best out of all young models. His euphoria however, didn't last long when he began to notice a decline in popularity as he slowly reaches manhood. People simply don't think he was cute anymore, so in the end, the company had decided to replace him with someone younger and more suitable for the position. With his heart full of jealousy, Norio got into a heated argument with the new boy and accidentally threw themselves down a long flight of stairs near the company building. Norio ended up suffering traumatic brain injury by hitting into the stony sidewalk and lost his life.

AFTER DEATH

After Norio's death, his soul was not able to move on and was sent to the limbo. There he was given a vessel of a dog plush by Milo, which gives him the power to transform into a kemonomimi human. Like many of the others, he had lost all memories to his past life, but he still loved dressing to impress and make himself popular.

Norio had hated Yuuko since day one. Seriously, pink, fluffy, kei-fashion, innocence, AND adorable? Norio simply wouldn't put it up to another cute mascot in the limbo. Even though Yuuko is always extremely shy and polite (poor boy had a secret crush on Norio), Norio would outright treat Yuuko like dirt and roll his eyes whenever he sees him.
