His face is a screen attached to and powered by his body. It's capable of flipping up to reveal his large chompers. He sees via the detection of small electrical charges in the environment, but can also see from his screen (in a much more detailed way)

Both sides of the screen can display pictures

Normally quadruped, but can walk on his hind legs easily (although it does look fairly awkward, like it does in the reference).

Can wield small electrical charged with his forelegs, but they aren't anything lethal.
