Design Terms of Use
◦ You may resell and trade this character for other original characters or game items/currency (if the game allows for it.) Do not sell them for actual money unless I give permission for it. You are always allowed to gift the character. ◦ Credit mindsmisery on toyhouse for the original design and artwork that came with the adoptable.

If you own a character made by me (mindsmisery), by receiving and using the character you agree to the following terms. Inability to abide to these terms will result in blacklist and a block.
I am not responsible for anything that is done with my design once it leaves my hands. However, I claim the right to confiscate the design if you end up blacklisted due to breaking my T.O.S (Toyhou.se Rules 3.3 of Character Usage).
I am lenient. Simply acknowledge my T.O.S and you will be alright.
Ownership
◦ Please avoid transferring ownership off-site. Transfer on Toyhou.se whenever possible. If the character is transferred off-site, please let me know.
◦ Any adoptable and the original art I made for them is only for personal use, unless otherwise stated.
◦ If at any point you consider deleting a character created by me; preferably gift it, trade it or return it back to the original creator.
◦ (Optional, but appreciated) Credit me for the original design of a character and the artwork that came with it.
◦ NFT or AI usage is not allowed under any circumstance.
Gifting / Trading / Reselling
◦ You may gift, trade and resell my designs for other original characters, services or game items, if a game allows for it.
◦ You may resell my design only for the amount you paid originally, or less, unless you have obtained art that increases the character's value to a reasonable extent.
◦ Any characters that were freebies or gifted by me have a base value of 0.
Redesign
◦ You may redesign the character, though keep the original design in the profile.
◦ You may change the character's species, change gender etc. Go wild with it.
