Finch is an ambitious young para-athlete (cycling focused) who sets high expectations for herself and is always looking to step out of her comfort zone. Finch is very adamant about doing things on her own and dislikes asking for help; she despises anything that could be considered coddling, even if most others would just see such actions as being polite. However, this can lead to Finch trying to do things on her own which she truly cannot do, so her girlfriends will step in and force her to accept help. She grumbles and complains, but Finch does appreciate their care. Finch is in a closed, polyamorous triad with Merida and Claire, the loves of her life. She is fiercely loyal and is not afraid to chase down assholes and run over their feet with her chair.

While being a professional athlete with dreams of the Paralympics is a busy job, Finch also runs a youtube channel called ‘BirdsOnWheels’. It started as a way of sharing workout routines with other physically disabled people, but as she became more confident in it, began to show her personality, and spread out to other things, it grew into a successful part-time job. On a whim, she once played Happy Wheels in the wheelchair mode, and that shifted her content to gaming, which she loves.

Finch is transgender but rarely brings it up and never planned on sharing that information with her audience until a slew of anti-trans laws began peppering the country banning trans kids from school sports. Extracurricular sports were an incredibly important aspect of her childhood, both before being wheelchair-bound and after, and Finch felt she needed to speak up and share her story. It was a nerve-wracking experience for her but her video was met with a mostly positive response and her girlfriends helped her deal with any backlash or hate. Finch has no plans of making her trans identity a central focus of her channel, but after the first video, she feels more comfortable posting every once in a while about things that are important to her surrounding the topic.
