- The inspiration for Percy is Nero, V and Vergil from Devil May Cry. With Dante being the inspiration for Damian, I thought I might as well take some elements of the other three since they work well for his character.
- Percy was supposed to have hints of black in his hair (as that is the color of his 'pa's' hair), but everyone kept leaving that out.
- Percy seems to naturally attract people to him. It's something he considers to be the curse of being a Scott.
- Language wise, Percy is fluent in the following language: English, Spanish and both languages of the Nemos.
- Percy has lactose intolerance. It's something that is oddly common for the biological children of Damian.
- Percy is of mixed ethnicity.
- Percy's story arcs is meant to be a reflection of Damian's story arcs when he was younger. Yes, we're being symbolic here-
- If Percy had a canon voice, he would sound like this.
About
The world of Impar is most certainly a different world compared to Pokémon World. As it stands, the world of Impar is one that is not only filled with Pokémon and humans. Oh no. Demons, angels and all kinds of oddities exist within this universe. However, to avoid disturbing the order of the world, these beings keep themselves in realms that rest opposite of Impar, only visiting the realm if they wish to explore the unknown. Very few actually live on the land that the Pokémon and human rest. However, there are creatures that disguise themselves as the beings that Impar is so used to seeing.
These beings are that of 'Nemos'.
Ah yes. Nemos. Some of these energy beings are known to be Emotion Eaters. What is an Emotion Eater? An Emotion Eater is someone who draws nourishment or power from another person's emotions, and will usually do what they can to instill those emotions in others. An example of these eaters is a young man that goes by the name of 'Percival Thomason Inazuma-Scott'. However, people simply call him 'Percy' for short.
Descended from the Great Hero (Damian Scott) and his husband though means that we can summarize as magic, Percy is currently one of the next generation of heroes. He's not really actively seeking to save the world and what not since that's not his style. In fact, he would rather just focus his current job of being the guardian of Uriel and not dealing with nonsense. Despite how spoiled he is, he is trying to make a name for himself. After all, he doesn't like the idea of following in the footsteps from his parents. He also has a personal mission that seems to involve his father he's not willing to talk about.
Design
When it comes to Percy's short, brown hair, the male lacks a consistent hairstyle. Most of the time, it is often a curly mess. His bright green eyes compliment his slight caramel skin. Percy isn't the most muscular guy, especially when compared to his father. He has some muscles here and there, but they're not anything special. Percy wears a black uniform shirt with bright red pants tucked into his gray boots, and a red cape scarf that comes a bit past his knees. Over his shirt is a white coat with black buttons. The coat is open and comes down a few inches above his knees.
- Percy has a large number of tattoo-like markings on his body known as 'blessings'. Blessings are his species way of showing their allegiance to each other. Percy can hide these markings from plain sight.
- Damian likes to describes Percy hair as being a mess as the male's hairstyle changes daily. Its default style is being curly.
- On the note of his hair, Percy refuses to allow anyone attempt to comb or do anything with his hair.
- Percy technically has two true forms. One is his Verum form while the other is his Alacritas form.
- When fully drawing on the powers bestowed to him by Uriel, Percy takes this form.
- Percy's scarf is something that he received from Damian as it originally belonged to Damian when he was young.
- Percy has a scar running across his back. He doesn't like talking about where he got it from.
- There's a fact here that will be added at a later date :3c Look out for that.

- Warren. That's his stuffed lion that he always keep his bag. You're not allowed to touch him or even look at him.
- Loved ones. He's willing to die for anyone he cares about or even break a arm or two. He's that loyal.
Dislikes
- Anyone messing with his cape. He's not a fan of anyone ruining that. He does cherish it.
- Compliments. Just complicating him makes the male so gosh darn flustered.
- Betrayal. He doesn't really handle that all that well.

Percy is a serious, sardonic, and somewhat antisocial male. His attitude is something that those who know him often to Kane. He is often short-tempered to the point emotions can get the better of him (especially when his loved ones are involved). It's something his father occasionally jab the younger male about whenever he notices the male get too emotional. Secretly, he carries insecurity about his ability to protect those he loves. He takes criticisms about his skills to heart (as noted by how quickly the male lash out at anyone that calls him weak).
Affection isn't Percy's strong suit. He's often one that keeps it at a distance as he doesn't know how to react to it. This reaction is particularly the case if the affection is romantic. That type of affection makes Percy easily flustered. Percy often worries worry about his love manipulation making a situation awkward due to his lack of control of it. It certainly doesn't help the male had a bad experience when it came to that. Percy is also afraid of falling in love. He fears he may not meet the expectation of that person.
Like his father, Percy is a cocky person. When he gets really into the battle, the male develops a knack of mouthing off to even the most powerful of his enemies, taunting others, and making sarcastic jokes on the battlefield. While Percy presents himself as a 'classy' male, the male has showcased offensive and crude behavior to others, such as swearing at others and blatantly throwing the middle finger at his father. However, outside of that, Percy is pragmatic and cautious in how he approaches situations. He doesn't typically run straight into a battle without some form of plan in mind. Percy presents himself as an honorable warrior. He hates fighting dirty and relying on cheap tactics to win. The male has his own set of morals and disciplines that he tends to follow.

Anima [WEAPON]
Much like his pa (Hikage), Percy's weapon is his scythe. His scythe was forged by Nor using the essence of Uriel. Anima frame is colored black and has white trims with its large scythe blade forged into a crescent shape. Various black cloth covered the hilt of the blade, and faint runes can be seen engraved in the scythe. It can be seen here. Unlike Damian's sword, Anima is not a sentient weapon. However, the blade itself is capable of changing its appearance based on what form Percy himself is in. Percy can make Anima appear and disappear at will.
Chronokinetic Vision
Chronokinetic Vision is a power that Percy himself has struggled to master due to how unstable it is. With this, the male can see any point in time, from only a few seconds or minutes into the future and/or past. This power often triggers at random moments and cause Percy to zone out. Percy has stated that this power gives the male anxiety as he finds himself panicking over when this event will occur (if it hasn't already). As such, this gave him a fear of the power. It doesn’t help that the male is also prone to have visions of past, present, and future simultaneously.
Weapon Proficiency
While Percy's main weapon of choice is his scythe, the male himself is skilled in other weaponry. It's certainly not to the level of his father but it's still decent amount. It would seem like his father taught him how to use other weaponry in a situation where his scythe is discarded or the male isn't able to summon it in time to use it. Of all the weapons he can use, the male's skill with the sword is something that comes up to Percy's level of proficiency when it comes to the use of his scythe. It's not surprising considering the Scott family swordmanship is one of the things that make them stand out.
Enhanced Condition
Percy is much like his father when it comes to his durability. He can take things that an average human wouldn't be able to take. However, it's hard to argue if he can survive being thrown off a cliff after getting blasted in the chest (like a certain someone) unless he's in his Millennium Form. However, what separates from both of his parents as he makes an excellent trickster. With his mind, reflexes, and perception, the act of deceiving people is something that few rarely noticed as Percy has been taught by a certain chaotic entity to only use it when necessary. His other abilities depend on what elemental being he is using at the time as he draws from them when needed.
Love Manipulation
Percy is a being that feeds off of love (something he considers an honest to god curse). He gets more off from Eros and Ludus love. Much like his father, he can take in love and absorb it. If the male is not careful, he can get drunk off of it. Percy doesn't actively use any powers relating to love manipulation. Very few people know he has the power due to how secretive he can be over it. In terms of a major power he has, he can bend the will of someone through a magical stimulated means of pleasure and seduction. It's not as powerful as Rose's, but it's still something worth noting.
Protector of Uriel
What does it mean to be a guardian of a legend? For Percy's case, his job is to serve as the eyes of rebirth. As Uriel's guardian, Percy can use a large chunk of Uriel's moves as the male has served Arceus for centuries. The moves Percy tends to use are the following: Moonblast, Earth Power, Natural Gift, Horn Leech, Psyshock, Focus Blast, Double Team, Work Up, Outrage, Extreme Speed, X-Scissor and Night Slash. Oddly enough, Natural Gift is his legend's signature move due to the type of the move change with whatever berries (and other consumables) he feeds off of. For a list, please refer to this page. The male has access to the ability "Avivar", an ability that allows Percy to change his type by drawing on the energy of elemental being he summons.
Elemental Entity Creation/Avivar
Being Uriel’s guardian, Percy can create beings of elemental forces based on the types. These beings are gifted with varying levels of independence, depending on how long Percy had them. These elemental beings can fight for Percy, though the male mostly fuses with them as a means to draw on their powers to fight. When fused, each form has a fairy typing alongside their normal typing (or one of them). These forms are listed in the Forms tab.
Summary
THE CHRONICLES OF IMPARVERSE ERA
With the end of the "War of Providence" in the ROTOM Era, Damian spent his time, making up for all the lost time that came as a result of his coma and the war. Such time was spent repairing old relationships and returning back to a sense of normality in the 'new' world. With Damian's children moving on with their respective lives, Damian started to feel the effects of empty nest syndrome hitting him. Almost everyone around him were having kids around (hell even his own daughter) and frankly it was bothering him. After some mulling over some things, Damian decided to approach his husband with the prospect of actually having a biological child again (after so many years). To his relief, his husband was 100% fine with this. As such, after pulling a few strings and some waiting, eventually Percy was born into this world.
Percy was spoiled. It's something that Damian isn't afraid to admit. The young man was showered with love and attention as his birth brought back that joy Damian had for all of his other children when they were born (or adopted for Ness) into this word. As such, it was not surprising that Damian would give the male everything he wanted. Percy spent a good portion of his life in the Nemo world with Hikage (his dad/mom/other dad?) did spent a decent amount of time with his job. It's something that did made Percy embrace his Nemo half more than his human half. It was clear that Percy himself was a prodigy at a early age as shown as how quickly he became the guardian of Uriel (son of Arceus and Xerneas) and how skilled the male was in battle. It did made Damian a bit worry that the male would develop a slight ego. A fact that would be later proven when the male would grow older. Other than, life for Percy relatively smooth.

Dad
Percy doesn't honestly want to admit it but he loves his father. While the male can be annoying at times, he does understand the male is doing his best to make others happy at the cost of his happiness. It's something that Percy does jab his father about when the two are alone together. You can see the male's love for his father come out whenever he notices something is wrong with Damian or he feels like someone is hurting him.
Hikage Inazuma
Papa
Percy is a bit more open when it comes to showing his love and respect for Hikage. Perhaps it's because that Hikage is less likely to embarrass himself compared to Damian. He does often complain to the male about small things that piss him off. Percy also relies on Hikage as a form of anchor to ground himself after a vision as they are times when his visions can cause him to breakdown.
Naoto Scott
Aunt/'Teacher'
Percy highly respects his aunt (and her wife). He does appreciate how serious, respectful and mature the female can be at times. Well, when she's with Damian and Kane that is. Naoto has been someone who did assist Damian on teaching Percy on how to fight. In Percy's eyes, she does make a great teacher. Percy himself has made a promise to Naoto to make sure to keep a eye on her youngest daughter for her.
Oliver Kane
Dad's Best Friend
Percy like Kane. He won't admit it because he doesn't want to boost the male's ego as he has repeatedly lied to the male that he hated him. He's morally questionable but that makes up the charm of the demon. Well that's what Percy himself is using as a excuse. Damian likes to joke about Percy being a taller version of Kane with the male's level of swearing and how feisty he can.
Tiamat
'Grandma'
Percy doesn't really see how anyone can view Tiamat as this coldhearted, wicked female who want nothing more than pain and suffering. In his personal opinion, the female is nothing like that. Percy cares deeply for his 'grandma' as she has shower the male with love every since she met him when he was a baby. She is often the one to watch over him whenever Damian and Hikage are busy.
Setsuko 'Ness' Scott
Adoptive Sister
Percy loves Ness with all of his heart. While Ness is like Damian when it comes to some aspects, Percy does inspire to be like his sister. He loves her confidence, her enthusiasm and really everything about the female. She knows what makes him smile and she's there for the male if he ever feels like talking about something. The thought of potentially losing his older sister scares him.
Charlie Harvey-Scott
Bro
Percy respects his older brother even if he feels the male can be a bit too 'soft'. Percy likes to ramble to Charlie about identity as it is something he feels the male knows more about than anyone. Percy always struggle with the idea of identity as it's something that he doesn't truly grasp. Percy does also enjoy listening to his brother ramble about his life as the male didn't think he would do.

With Percy spending a decent amount of time with Tiamat, the male does get to see his his half brother often. Percy respects his older brother and does try to best to listen to whatever lesson the male gives. Percy does view Issac as being that successful older brother that has life together and simply doing what he can to enjoy it the best he can.

Now Percy doesn't hate Isabella. While she may the guardian of Shimera, she's not a evil woman. She's just a little bit annoying. He doesn't really appreciate how drunk the female can often be and how much she heavily contrast Naoto. However he does care for the female. She does have her moments where she can be calm and mature.
Bates
Love Interest
It's really hard for Percy to hide the fact he has a crush on Bates. With how flirty the male can be and his level of affection, it makes it so hard for Percy to avoid falling for him. Bates would knows how to push his buttons and how to spark some form of reaction from it. While Percy hates it, it does make him a bit giddy on the inside. It certainly doesn't help the fusion with Bates made Percy care deeply for the other as 'feeling' what the male felt was....pleasant.
Kori Kane
Love Interest
Yet again, we have another person that Percy has a crush on. This time, it's Kori. Kori is probably one of the few sane people he knows that he enjoys talking to. It's one of the things that attract Percy to the male (other than his looks and what not). He does tries his best to interact with him as much as he can since he does fear that he may end up pushing the male away with his interactions with Bates. He doesn't want to hurt the male in any way as he appreciates his companionship.
