Steve was a minor character in my childhood comic strip, Rick's World. Steve is one of the Dikley brothers' various estranged cousins who, over the course of the comic, get back in contact with the brothers again.
Like most of the Dikley family, Steve's got some issues. He lives in his car, Sweetums, which he is in love with.
His greatest fear is twine.
