Overview 

As a human living in this world, no less in Russia, Rusalka had to adapt quickly to her environment like everyone else. However, she also had time to be know when to be polite to others and to never anger or upset them. That’s just the type of person that she was, but the cost of this nice and caring nature overweighed the advantages. Rusalka was often treated as a doormat due to her polite nature to never go against anyone’s wishes or let them down with their promises. This would sometimes lead to Rusalka stressing herself out of worry that she would disappoint people, and she does not like to disappoint.

Previously stated before, Rusalka is a polite individual that would always open the door for anyone as a positive gesture. She’s the type of girl that would follow the rules to ensure she stays out of trouble and she enforces this to everyone around, so don’t be sneaky around the rules with her unless you want to get called out and shamed by her. She has also taken up the hobby of baking and dancing to handle the chaos that goes on in the world, here was where she has gained her elegance and patience as these two hobbies help calm her and ease her mind. Cupcakes are her favorite thing to bake on the note of baking. However, if Rusalka handled a bunch of tasks in her workplace, usually at the end of the work day is when she drinks vodka to calm down her stress a bit as well as take the buzz off her mind when it comes to the aspects of her life. 

Too amateur to handle a gun or a sword, she has been designated to the magic guild, where girls like her train using the power of magic energy to counter the power of chaos energy that Misfit or Feral magic users utilize against the humans. She’s a bit rusty with the power of ice magic, but is still more effective with the ice wand than a gun or blade. Being in the dead of winter from where she lives gives her more training with the wand to prove that she can be a helpful hand in both normal life and in the battlefield. Rusalka are one of the humans that believe that Misfits still have humanity within them, their main origin was human after all. She tries not to kill anybody with her ice abilities by simply freezing them immobile, making sure that she doesn’t overdo it. She can bury enemies in snow, but making sure it was soft enough to break through for air.

Some call this tolerable at best, while calling it a liability at worst.

Powers and Abilities 

Ice Wand: She can utilize the power of the frost of the environment to her advantage with the magic wand that she has been issued with to handle threats by snow, ice, hail, etc. The following below are examples.

Ice Shield: The ice wand is able to conjure up an ice shield to defend herself against bullets, melee weapons, etc.

Mist: She can create a foggy mist from her wand at will or if her ice powers touch a hot object, power, or surface.

Sub-Zero Freeze: Rusalka’s most powerful and volatile move. With this move, she fires a powerful ice beam from her wand that can freeze anything from a person’s mind, concepts of time, to even fire. The temperature drops to deadly zero, which is consider impossible by any means. Even Misfits or humans with ice or cold immunity are no match for this power. 

Ice Healing: She can utilize her ice wand to close up wounds to stop bleeding. While it takes longer, she can envelope herself up in a tough cube of ice to allow the ice to heal up her body from wounds and scars.

Freeze Breath:She can take a heavy breath and blow out air cold enough to freeze anything it’s directed at.

Snow Mimicry: Rusalka is able to conjure snow around her body to form a sort of snow armor to protect herself from attacks.
