he's one of the few and far-between genuine cowpokes left within the Galaxy.
he has an awful time with technology and can be REALLY rough around the edges. (very blunt and critical, willing to take a good talkin' to as much as he gives it)
he used to be a complete recluse but he's trying to be more open (that crack on his beak taught him to soften up whoops)
this might be a shock but he has a lot of components inside that aren't nature-made that keep him running. his job isn't easy and he's stubborn as a mule. Even his beak is artificial. And having it cracked (again) is a wake up call that he needs to either get more help around his turf or just call it quits.
often calls his own farmingplanet 'dank ol' dustbowl' and has a penchant for cursing up a storm when things break or don't cooperate. he has no shame about being so brash even when in the company of strangers.
sometimes goes by 'Ly' or, if misheard... 'Lyle'
and yes he totally has the southern accent :p
