F2E Chibi icon RAFFLE

I'm back with another raffle, but this one is a bit different...
This raffle will be open multiple times. This raffle will have set openings and closed times. I'll always ping when this raffle is opened again, so be sure to check the status below if it's open or closed.  You can enter tickets even when the raffle is closed (They will be used in the next raffle, so you do not have to enter more than once!). All tickets will be used in every opening, so that everyone has a chance to win. You cannot win more than once, however!
(P.S. let me know if this is concise or flawed? or if you have any ideas that might work better for what im trying to go for... im trying my best LOL)
