History

Grew up as an only child with a wealthy but emotionally distant father. Her mother left when Mercury was a baby and she has no memory of her. Her father preferred the company of escorts to his own daughter, which left Mercury to her own devices most of the time. She learned how to pickpocket whilst being dragged to parties and clubs by her father. She started drinking and gambling at 14.

As an adult, she has no contact with her father, who also makes no attempt to reach out to her. She lives alone and makes her money by stealing and gambling. She stays in contact with a few select celestials but prefers to stay away from celestial business and disputes.
