Mim has an even temper and a friendly attitude. She likes to adorn her staff with fragrant herbs that give off inviting smells, such as rosemary and sage, or pretty flowers she finds during the journey. Although she is kind and peace-loving, if her friends are sufficiently threatened she can turn quite harsh.

Backstory

Mimosa's grandmother, a divination wizard with unmatched intelligence among halflings, foresaw a great doom would come to their homeland within Mim's lifetime. Following in her grandmother's footsteps, Mim joined her adventuring party seeking to discover the cause of what is to come and how to prevent doom from befalling the home she loves. She has no love of combat, but knows the road ahead is perilous. She seeks out strong allies to their mutual benefit, but forms tight friendships with those she meets. Given the 150 year or so lifespan of a halfling, Mim has quite a few years left to prevent her home's untimely demise. Due to her diviner tendencies, as a young halfling Mim was plagued by nightmares about war and death. She has developed a deep-rooted fear of combat and of killing people from these horrible dreams. Instead, she prefers to help others fight by using her divination powers to give them advantages over their foes. Mim grew up surrounded by the many conjured familiars that helped her grandmother with tasks in her old age. As such, she prefers to keep a familiar around for company. She often calls upon a raven to use as a messenger to send letters back home. The family name "Bramblebough" stems from Mim's great great great grandmother, who used a quarterstaff wrapped in prickly brambles for her evocation wizardry. She was known to have a disposition to match the unusual weapon choice.
