Sky Diamond

Sky is a daydreamer and has shockingly bad short-term memory. She spends most of her time imagining and dreaming. Her skirt floats spookily, almost as if she's a phantom or some such, but she's not. She is notably kind to her court, forgiving offenses that would get them shattered back on Homeworld, which is why she and her court have become known for being merciful and welcoming.

Sky was supposed to be the Diamond in charge of dealing out punishments to insubordinate Gems, but she was formed with no Diamond-esque abilities and an intense desire to do exactly the opposite of what she was created for. She eventually escaped the other Diamonds and formed her own colony on a distant planet. The others couldn't bring themselves to go after her or shatter her, so they let her be. She began to take in Gems who had escaped from Homeworld, sheltering them on her planet and looking after them as best she could.
