Refined and ever polite, he tends to be a little bit old-fashioned as he takes his personality and manners after aristocrats of the olden age. He speaks as proper as possible and seems to know the entire book of etiquette like the back of his hand. Never speaks in short forms. 

On the flipside, he is incredibly easy to anger if you hit the right buttons - And when he does anger, he does it through turning into the opposite of his usual self, likely to hurl insults and curses at your head. Up until he suddenly calms down and acts like nothing happened at all, and what do you mean he's not being very refined and polite?

Time manipulation 

Complete control over time and all that comes with it - Is capable of pausing, slowing, and speeding up time as he sees fit and whenever he pleases. Also capable of localized time manipulation - Where he can manipulate time but keep it confined to one location, person, or object. It's useful for reverting the broken state of a teacup...

Teleportation 

Teleportation is the most primary source of transportation for the gods - It is the only way to get from god location to god location, and the gods usually grow so used to teleportation they forget that most people simply walk to their destination...

Timeline Manipulation 

Capable of seeing every single timeline there is to the world - Effectively being able to see every different way the world can go, and how easily a decision can change the course of fate and time. Clocked spends most of his time taking care of the threads of timelines, making certain none of them decrepit, fall apart, or destabilize the rest.

Swordsmanship 

Extremely talented at swordsmanship and fencing - Used to do it a lot when he was younger, but as time passed, found he has little time for it left. Aside from time manipulation, swords are his primary source of combat.

If anyone ever asked the first gods how they were born, the answer would literally be that they were born out of nothing. A select number of gods suddenly came into existence with no prior warning, and one of those was Clocked, appropriately named the twelfth god, and with him came the existence of time and it's flow. 

Clocked slowly grew up with the other first gods, honing his own skills and being dubbed as God of Gods. It remained like this, peacefully and quiet, up until one day, one by one every other god was killed off, their souls captured and their powers harnessed by a young teenaged boy with a grudge against the gods. With the stolen power, the boy killed off the first gods, with Clocked being an exception, as he was merely taken captive.

After an unknown amount of time passed, the god of Time fled and broke free from his imprisonment, and isolated him for even longer once he was free, trying to stay under the radar and away from everyone else. It's only been recently that he has picked his duties as God of Time back up, and even though he's kept his isolating way of living, he tries to at least pretend to be okay. He barely even knows any of the newer Gods. 

Somewhere along the way, he ended up pulling an experiment, curious to see what would happen were a fullblood Yunasi and a human to get a child. The mother was given a longer lifespan as payment for mothering the child, before Clocked took the child and sent the mother off into another timeline. He begrudgingly, after three years, left the child on a family's doorstep.

Extremely good at swordsmanship, has his own sword in the form of an oversized clockhand.

Whenever you find yourself near him in quiet surroundings, you'll most likely hear a soft ticking noise seemingly emanating from within him .

Has a large group of bats living somewhere in his castle. He's especially fond of two bats, however, which he keeps near him most of the time and practically made his familiars.

Despite not needing sustenance or food to survive, is actually very decent at cooking. Likes to do it whenever he has time to himself and nothing better to do. The food generally goes untouched, though.

Has a lowered depth perception due to only being able to see through one eye. Can also easily be startled, if someone approaches from that side, as he wouldn't be able to see them coming.
