Physical Appearance

• Long silver hair tied up in a high ponytail, has bangs and longer side strands near her ears
• Small tufts of hair on tips of ears

Clothing Style

She wears a mahogany colored, short sleeved, leather chest piece with a silver edged shoulder plate on the right shoulder. Each sleeve has a strap around the end, and she wears mahogany colored fingerless gloves. She also wears two belts across her chest, one around her hips, and leather boots. She wears orange-ish brown shorts that end above the knee and similarly colored leather knee pads. The clip holding up her ponytail is mahogany colored, and she's always seen holding her trident-ended pike. The tip is silver while the shaft is wooden, and there's a small cluster of silver bells strapped below the metal section. These bells are completely silent until she or her sister make a kill.

Personality

Durgalesc and Yondalkist work in perfect unison together while hunting down prey. Yondalkist acts as a scout to find victims, and Durgalesc uses her wiles to attract the unsuspecting to her. Durgalesc's dances have a siren-like effect on viewers that tend to supress their better judgment when approaching her, and she'll either toy with her victim for some time or immediately kill them depending on how much they visually appeal to her. Durgalesc and Yondalkist are remorseless killers, opting to decapitate their victims and collect their pieces in a large pile as a sort of trophy. Durgalesc has a habit of dancing on her victims' corpses while Yondalkist gives her a beat with the bells on her pike.

Durgalesc acts like a seductive temptress to catch her preys' attention, but she couldn't be a colder killer and has no compassion for anyone but her sister. Yondalkist may come off as playful and cheery, but she's extremely sadistic like her sister and enjoys jabbing her victims so they bleed out slowly so they're easier for her sister to chop up. Yondalkist chases prey relentlessly and has sharp eyes and senses, making it difficult to escape her. She fights with hit and run tactics since she's not terribly strong or formidable compared to her sister, although she is strong enough to briefly lift a grown man in the air and fly them a few yards. Durgalesc is very quick, strong, and has high pain tolerance, so fighting her off is hardly an option.

Yondalkist almost always seems to be smiling in some manner, either playfully, maliciously, or anything in between. Durgalesc on the other hand doesn't ever seem to smile unless she's seducing someone, which implies she never does genuinely. Durgalesc tends to have a very solemn or grim demeanor and tends to be very quiet unless she's fighting. Yondalkist is deadly silent while stalking her prey and incredibly loud and shrieking when chasing them or fighting to ensure her sister never loses track of them.

Abilities

• A master at tracking her prey and keeping sight of them while in pursuit
• Invisibility and capable of making her movements completely silent
• Flight by wings and capable of carrying objects far heavier than her for some time
• Sonic screeching to disorientate prey
• Virtually immortal, and slaying her will only cause her to disappear and regenerate
• Capable of communicating and coordinating with her sister without words and across long distances

Weaknesses

• Lacks morality or desire for any other purpose
• Eternally bound to Minarai and the will of whoever commands it

• Can be a sore loser on the off chance she loses her prey

Backstory

Not much is known about Durgalesc and Yondalkist. They seem to be spirits that reside within the book of Minarai and have always served the holder. In periods where the book has no master, the two hunt across Minarai's regions, slaying anyone they cross for no further reason aside from their bloodlust. In the past centuries though, the two have been sealed away along with many other of Minarai's original denizens by an unknown force. Only a new master can release them and tame their contained fury.
