➜ ALL my designs will be posted/uploaded by me. I DO NOT ALLOW DUPLICATE PROFILES. If a design of mine is credited via link and not directly to my ToyHouse (T.H.) then it is likely stolen or copied. IF it happens I urge you to bring it up to me.

➜ You are absolutely not allowed to delete my designs. They must remain on ToyHouse at all times. This does not account to Authorizing or Privating my designs.

➜ You CANNOT resell a design obtained for Free or Raffle unless monetary value is added. Personal art will not count.

➜ IF you offered art to obtain my design, you then have permission to resell for monetary value.

➜ IF you had obtained my design via character trade, you cannot resell for monetary value unless paid commissions or your own artwork is added. Uncolored sketches do not count.

➜ You CANNOT sell my design for more then you obtained it at without the addition of art or paid commissions. Personal Art can count but not uncolored sketches.

➜ You are welcome to change Small traits, gender, species, etc. but you cannot do it upon my own artwork. Just as long as it does not promote hate speech/crime, or ideology.

➜ You cannot change the design so much, that it becomes unrecognizable.

➜ You are not allowed to claim the design is yours or remove credit even if you had done small changes to the design.

➜ you are not allowed to create breedables or look-alikes/twins of my designs.

➜ You are allowed to co-own a design made by me but I will not allow a separate ToyHouse (T.H.) of the character to be created.

➜ Please Do Not Trade, Sell, Gift, or Raffle my designs to people who are publicly blacklisted! You'll be warned and will be greylisted.

➜ You CANNOT auction one of my designs.

➜ When transferred, my designs have a 2 week cooldown.
