Natsuki was a normal school girl until the handsome, bad-boy, Kairu, caught her attention. Kairu came over one afternoon to Natsuki and her friends. He began to casually flirt however her friends advised her to ignore him because of his title of playboy. Natsuki listened at first and avoided him. Only a week later, Natsuki was at a lunch table by herself, waiting for her friends. Kairu sat himself down next to her and put an arm around her shoulder playfully. She politely asked him to leave and that her friends would arrive at any moment. Kairu didn't listen, hoping his persistence would show. Natsuki did notice but ignored him. Defeated, Kairu left with a wink. When Natsuki's friends all joined her, she explained what had happening with Kairu. She was, once again told that he was a sleaze and not worth it. Natsuki knew he was, but she wanted to see what would happen.

She came to him one day and told him she would allow him to take her on one date. He smirked and told her he'd pick her up at 8 and left. Natsuki remained composed on the outside but was very excited on the inside.

It was 8:30 and Kairu had just arrived at Natsuki's door. She was clearly angry that he was half an hour late. Kairu apologized and offered to take her out to a fancy restaurant. She reluctantly agreed, taking him by the hand. That night was one of the best nights Natsuki had had.

Weeks later, Natsuki and Kairu began dating. They were both young and in love. They'd been dating for only four months when Natsuki got pregnant. The pregnancy was a complete surprise to both of them leading Natsuki and Kairu to drop out of high school. Natsuki pushed Kairu for a marriage, demanding that her child not be fatherless. Kairu was hesitant, but gave in and proposed to Natsuki. They didn't have a big ceremony like Natsuki always dreamed of because of the shame they would feel for getting pregnant too early. They moved to a house in a quiet neighborhood to raise their baby.

Months later, a healthy baby boy arrived. Natsuki cried, holding and rocking her baby. Kairu didn't want to get emotional in front of Natsuki but gave in shortly, kissing and hugging his new son.

The young couple had gone through a rollercoaster in the first two years of raising Tokiro. They were getting by with little money and time to raise him. Months after Tokiro's third birthday, Natsuki found out she was once again pregnant. Although they both loved Tokiro, they weren't sure if they could raise another child so they had to make one of the hardest decisions ever.

One morning in late July, Natsuki snuck into Tokiro's room and woke him up gently. She whispered to him that he would go on a little vacation with grandma and grandpa. Tokiro, still in a haze, looked confused at first then began crying after realizing that she meant it. Natsuki took Tokiro's little hand and took a suitcase from her closet. She stood there packing all of Tokiro's favorite clothes and toys. All he could do was sit there, crying, as he watched Natsuki pack up his things.

Natsuki noticed that Tokiro was crying and wiped the tears from his eyes. She pointed to her belly and smiled. She told him that soon his baby sibling would join him on his vacation. Little Tokiro looked curious and reached out his hand to feel her tummy.

It only took two hours of packing for Natsuki to gather all of Tokiro's things. She kissed him goodbye at the door and told him she will always love him and she'd see him again soon. After Natsuki had finished her heartbreaking goodbyes, Kairu motioned for Tokiro to come with him. He threw Tokiro's suitcase full of clothes and toys into the trunk of the car and fastened him into his car seat.

After a three hour drive, they both arrived in front of Tokiro's grandparent's house. Kairu helped him out of his car seat and hugged him goodbye. As Kairu was about to get back into the car, Tokiro grabbed onto his finger and pulled as hard as he could. Kairu looked back at him and shook his head. He told him he had to leave. He stepped out of the car, rang the doorbell and dashed back into the car, giving Tokiro another quick kiss on his hair.

As Tokiro turned around, he saw two elderly people answer the door with a smile. They looked at him with a big smile and carried him in.

It was months later and Tokiro was more adapted to living with his grandparents. But one day, they left him at home with a babysitter and came back hours later with a little baby girl. His grandmother lifted him up so he could see his baby sister. She smiled and told him that was his new little sister, Kimiko. Tokiro was excited to have a playmate now.

Even after Natsuki promised to visit Tokiro again, she'd only ever talked to him one other time on the phone. As Tokiro grew, he grew less and less sad about his parents and became more focused on training. How now dedicates most of his time that he would at a job to train.
