personality: curious and very nosy, melisande wants to know more about the human world and collects various objects from villages or steals from trading carriages occasionally. she is stubborn, and even more persistent when things don't go her way.

abilities/skills: talons are able to crush a human skull, she can emit a screech similar to that of a hawk that can stretch over miles.

Description: she is incredibly lightweight, allowing her to take flight easily. Meli uses her legs to steer in the air to make up for a lack of a tail, but is still pretty clumsy when it comes to landing.
