Skill: She taught herself how to read by digging thru the trash and reading the old newspapers.

Story: NIna was left on the street when she was just 3 years old, she was barely surviving. Every night she would wish upon the stars that she would have a warm place to sleep and food to eat. On her fourth birthday Nina was walking thru an old town where she found an abandoned house. She decided to go inside. She walked in to a great old victorian home, as she was walking up the stairs she heard a noise. Nia huddled into the stairs and sat silent willing herself not to cry. Suddenly she sees something standing at the bottom of the stairs. She stares lost for words. At the bottom of the steps is what looks like an elf from the stories she used to find in the newspapers. Nina realises it is crying so without a second thought she asks what is wrong. The elf tell Nina that her name is Chica and that she has lived at this old house for all her life. She tells Nina that she is 10 and her family were trying to escape an evil witch and she got left behind, and for all these years she has waited for them to come back. Nina asks what a witch is Chica surprised but tells her anyway. Nina wanted to help so they both went into one of the old houses rooms and Chica started teacher Nina all the magic that she knows so that one day they will be strong enough and smart enough to track down Chicas family and to find a place were they can all live safely.

Sira is a young witch-- actually she's a young demon who wants to be a witch.
Growing up as a relatively weak demon in the lower ring of hell, Sira didn't have many role models. She lived without family, like most demons, however she was never able to find a group she belonged with. She was losing hope at a young age, struggling to find food for herself without money. It wasn't until she was in her early teens that something sparked inside her, a new passion it might be called, after coming into contact with a powerful demon.
With the lower ring being riddled with gangs and violence, it was by pure luck that Sira had kept herself out of trouble. After finding a gold coin, the young girl was quickly being approached by some ruffians who wanted it from her. Before they could attack however, a new figure stepped into the picture, with a cloak and hat. The other demons weren't phased by the sudden appearance, up until one of them disappeared in a puff of pink and purple. The gang members fled, and Sira was in awe. The demon stepped into view revealing a young girl, only a few years older than the black haired one. She introduced herself as Loretta, a witch with the ability to manipulate time. It was like love at first sight, but not to the female, her position. Sira wanted to be someone who could use magic, someone who was recognizable. This was how she came to convince herself that she absolutely must have been an untrained witch. Loretta was a bit hesitant but decided humouring Sira's fantasy wasn't going to hurt anybody, and took her to live with her and another witch named Scotch.

Sira is determined and hardworking, when she wants to be. She's loud and rambunctious as most children, but gets over excited about most things. She's distracted by bright, shiny things, though tries to do what she's told. She's ambitious in training to be a witch, despite  the odds being against her. The odds being her lacking the ability to use magic.
She's close with Loretta, getting attached to her as a big sister quickly. With Scotch she's always difficult and teasing towards him, only because he doesn't believe in her dreams. She's tried finding other witches to gain knowledge of their craft, but is normally shut out.

Name: Maga jika

Profession: Witch

Personality: Bubbly and optimistic, Maga finds even the littlest things in life exciting and fascinating. Maga doesn't seem to have a negative thought on anything and loves her life just as it is, surrounded by friends and family. She would be part of the Crescent Kingdom in my world, Asz.

History:  Born in the Crescent Kingdom, Maga knew nothing about the world outside of the walls of her kingdom. The Kingdom of the Moon, or more commonly known as the Crescent Kingdom, was her only home. The Crescent Kingdom, being very secretive didn't let children go out until at least double digits and they had to know if the child could lie about where they came from.

As Maga grew older, she was taught magic by Shōnin, a local merchant who was, under a different alias, the King's right hand Mage. Shōnin saw the potential in Maga immediately, feeling the immense magical power as soon as Maga walked into the vicinity. She secretly taught Maga the ways of the Mage and Maga started surpassing the teacher's progression at only age 7. Shonin was very impressed by this, and in fact, considered Maga her own child due to the amount of time they were together.

When she finally became 13, she was shown a world never expected before. The world outside the city walls. On a trip to the Fyennic Kingdom, Shōnin decided to take Maga along, bringing her outside of the walls. Maga was exposed to so many new things, such as cuisine styles and languages, which she quickly learned due to Shōnin's expertise. Maga was very surprised and happy about being able to go outside as the only stories of outside were told by Shonin in secret, since it was treason to print any books with anything of the world outside.

As Maga took all this in, she realized what her life was going to be. She wanted and travel and see new things. She wanted to meet new faces and learn new languages. She wanted all of that and more. So as she came home and met her parents again, she told them. THey didn't want that happening so sent her to her room. But, against her parents' will, she packed that night, leaving a note on the table.

It read: "See ya next year mom and dad! I'll be going on a little trip and will be back soon!"

She then met up with Shōnin at the city gates. Having Shōnin see her off and her excitement to see the world, she couldn't wait to find out what adventures await her next!

I would love to have this character as I've been looking for another witch character to be friends with Pattie. I would follow all the rules with making her as I don't do those kinda of stories.

Backstory:

Has been friends with Pattie since Pattie moving in with her grandmother- as Pattie is a new person Winnie descides to make friends with the new girl Pattie. They meet at a school for magic. Didn't live in the towns where the witch hunts were happening so lived a fairly normal life with both her parents (and it makes it hard for her to understand Pattie sometimes). Her family works with magic to help heal people and was taught a little by her mother- so she knows about herbs (she loves the fun parts of magic but hates learning as she finds it boring).

Other: she would specialize in making potions and in love magic
