Background/Story

He was born in Nice, France and grew up around the water. His parents were doctors and gave him everything he could have ever wanted. He eventually took up a career around the ocean and spent most of his time studying what lay beneath. However, he wasn't satisfied with his short jaunts out into the blue and preferred to have a more permanent residence. With his young years long since past and his best friend beside him, they set off to build a research station rising from the ocean floor. It would be called, Station Maestro and would be their home for the next 20 years.

Eventually, his friend passed away from a problem with diabetes and Jermaine was left alone. Reginald, his friend's parrot, was bestowed upon him in his friend's will as he agreed to care for the bird if anything ever happened to him. Reluctantly, he took the avian under his wing. Reginald has a taste for vulgar language which he learned from his departed friend. This makes Jermaine extremely frustrated as he finds the crudity anything but funny and it seems as Reginald almost thrives on his disatisfaction. He has spent the last several years alone in the station with nothing but a parrot for company, now more isolated than ever.
