He's just a cute gay who wants to have a home.

He works for The Chaotix Detective Agency.

He acts like an adorable idiot to make it easier for him.

His birthday is celebrated on the day he joined The Chaotix, April 1st

He has slight kleptomania, but he's usually kept in check by the others.

He doesn't really care about rich people and tends to treat their cases like a joke, and will deliberately sabotage any case if the employer was rude to any of them.

He will eat anything, and started making apple slice sandwiches for his friends, to varying enjoyment.

He was abandoned as a child, and grew up on the street.

Because he can turn invisible people used him to break into houses to steal things, so he grew up doing that and getting nothing for it.

He adopted the name Scout because people would call him the scout.

Vector was given a case to find a thief, but when he learnt he was (at the time) a 13 year old homeless kid he decided to take him in instead, he already had Espio so he figured they'd get along.
