Appearance Description: 

At 5'11", Kasper is an average height, and generally appears to be a regular young teen boy, with a slender, gymnast's build. His Scandinavian heritage shows through in his blond hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. Kasper's hair is straight, usually cut to just above his ears, and somehow manages to look like he's just got out of bed even after he's combed it. 

Kasper generally has a cheerful, friendly air, full of bright smiles, and an easy laugh. In spite of the bullying in his past, he doesn't shy away from people. But he's also sensitive to criticism. So though he enjoys pretty, typically feminine things like lace, summer dresses, and flowers or ribbons in his hair, he very rarely wears what he likes in public. And he will try to make excuses if he gets caught admiring anything of that nature. He does have both ears pierced, the only accessories he regularly wears. Outside of that he's pretty much a jeans and t-shirt guy. 

Guardian Form - Kasper keeps his general height and build in Guardian form, but his colouring changes. He has a cinnamon roll aesthetic with his eyes, hair, and skin becoming various shades of tan, and his outfit becoming white & cream. He has swirls of freckles all over his skin like a cinnamon dusting. His outfit is a long-sleeved spandex-like crop top, baggy harem pants, and rubber-like boots. He also has a large cinnamon roll coloured rolling pin as a weapon.

Personality Description: 

Aesthetic Board

Sweet, loveable, and kind-hearted. Kasper is an optimistic ray of sunshine who doesn't quite know when to be serious. He believes there's good in everyone. He's also a bit sentimental, even over sensitive. He's much more social than academically inclined, and tends to give up easily if he doesn't get things right on the first try. 

His tastes tend toward feminine and girly things, but he's usually not brave enough to go for what he wants. The only thing he ever tried at was cheerleading, which he gave up when the bullying got too harsh. Even though it wasn't exactly what he wanted, he still keeps athletic with private gymnastics lessons, where he can avoid most of the bullying by keeping it secret. 

Though neither of them approve of him dressing like a girl, Kasper's parents, except his biological mother, were actually supportive of his interest in cheerleading, and he has a fairly good relationship with both of them. Easygoing and obedient boy that he is, Kasper is definitely not a rebel, maybe going a little too far to fit in. He's too easily dissuaded even from things he really enjoys because of what other people think. 

Before he was recruited, Kasper might've like the idea of being a Celestial Guardian, but what they actually have to do makes him sick. He's anxious and afraid and exhausted, can't tell anyone why, and the thought of actually killing a person has made him throw up from stress. 

Active Abilities:

Guardian Transformation - Can switch to and from Guardian form at any time, but must go through a one minute transformation sequence that leaves him completely vulnerable. His Guardian form gives some cosmetic changes including an outfit, and makes him unrecognizable from his normal form. Being in guardian form gives him some specific extra abilities that can only be accessed in this form.

Guardian Weapon - Rolling Pin - Only able to summon in Guardian form. He innately knows how to wield this as a weapon, but is not skilled. The guardian weapon is a large metalic rolling pin, light enough for him to hold one handed, but heavy enough to be dangerous if he hits you over the head. If damaged, it self-repairs in 24 hours. If not unsummoned beforehand, it disappears when he switches back to normal.

Cinnamon Dust - Can create a 5' cloud of cinnamon dust from his hands and shoot it roughly 10'. It doesn't do much other than irritate people's eyes and possibly make them sneeze. It's also good on toast. 

Passive Abilities:

Guardian Peak Form - Heightened reflexes and agility in Guardian form. These never surpass the peak of human limitations and are only a few degrees greater than what he's already capable of in natural form. Feels full of energy in Guardian form.

Guardian Toughness - More durable, in Guardian form, than the average human. His bones are less likely to break and his wounds are less likely to be severe than in natural form. A fall from the top of a building will hurt him but not critically injure him. If he's sick or disabled in human form, Guardian form is completely free of such complications. 

Guardian Sense - In Guardian form, within 50' can sense the presence of other Guardians in their Guardian form, but not exact coordinates or direction. Can also sense whether someone/something is an evildoer/abomination upon meeting them. If a Guardian is to be culled, has the ability to sense that they are a Marked Guardian in either form. 

Weaknesses: 

Silenced - Physically unable to speak, write, sign, or communicate in any way the purpose of the Celestial Guardians (in both forms) 

Exhaustion - Maintaining Guardian form can only be done for a few hours a day. After transforming and being back in his natural form, extreme exhaustion hits him and he is very likely to completely black out and sleep for up to 24 hours unless disturbed. He would need a very loud alarm clock to wake up. 

Narcolepsy - In his natural form is very likely to frequently pass out, experience exhaustion or have a cataplexy attack. 

Biography: 

Born in Minnesota to two upper middle class parents, there was nothing out of the ordinary about Kasper's childhood. His parents took good care of him and he was reasonably popular at school, in spite of the occasional bullying. 

Things got tense when his parents divorced around the time he turned 11, had been a little bitter before then, but though it wasn't exactly amicable, his parents handled it reasonably. Eventually, his dad remarried, and Kasper got along well with his new step-mom. Though no one knew she was actually an angel. 

When he is forcefully recruited into the Celestial Guardians, Kasper is horrified and stressed, not knowing what to do. He manages to tell his parents enough that they know he's worried without knowing any details. Then he shows off his new magic abilities. 

This causes his mother to reveal what she is, showing him a letter she received from SA before she met his father. They use the letter to contact the Scouts and all end up moving to Manta Carlos.
