Shingyo

Shingyo is an outwardly stern and serious individual. A strong and well read leader who has a well researched master plan all set up, and keeps his eyes on the prize. He's not as easily angered as his father Kakuzu, but he does have a mean streak. He's not one to find enjoyment from much, and he isn't a jovial person in the slightest.

He's one to shoulder things alone and refuse help, but then get angry when no one is there when he needs them. He has mild problems trusting people, but he gets past that by testing people who he allows to work with him. They must prove themselves to gain his trust.

He enjoys experimenting and training with ninjutsu, and he's often times very focused on improvement and advancement, with himself and others. He pushes all around him to achieve greatness and maximum potential. Almost like a very pushy father figure, who always expects way too much out of others.

He has a delusional view of the world, but believes it to his core. To the point he is able to convince others of these things, and indoctrinate them into his new Akatsuki to change the world he feels is unjust. Nothing one could do or say would change his mind, he is remarkably stubborn about his ideals and beliefs. 

Shingyo was raised fairly normally by his single mother, becomming a young shinobi with inherent talent and skill. He always hungered for more knowledge of ninjutsu, and so he dug for it. Eventually he stumbled upon records of his father and uncovered all of the secrets about the Akatsuki and the secret jutsu of the village. After learning all of this he stole the forbidden jutsu himself, and fled the village to continue gaining more knowledge and power.

Through his years he gathered another heart, that of a lightning nature, and has been honing that mask thoroughly. His goal is to be able to combine any nature, and have access to any style of ninjutsu thanks to his ability to acquire any natured heart for himself. His father couldn't combine the natures, so he plans to surpass him, and not only on that front either.

Shingyo founded a new Akatsuki, with new plans and ideals...and he plans to make the organization even better than it had been when his father was a member of it. Through some digging for information in the hidden leaf, he uncovered Hidan's whereabouts, and was able to reconstruct his body after digging him out of the hole he was buried in. He uses hidan to gather information about the past and his father to better learn how to take advantage of his abilities. Him and hidan are also working together to round up new members for the Akatsuki.

Shingyo plans to achieve true immortality, so he has been hearing out Hidan on Jashinism, hoping to not just gain 5 chances of life with hearts, but also true inability to die. It's a work in progress, but he finds himself partaking in rituals more and more.

With the New found Akatsuki Shingyo has plans to gain political power over the great nations, specifically the hidden ninja villages. He believes powers to be unbalanced, and wants to mold the world into what he sees as fair and just. To do this he uses the Akatsuki as a special mercenary and or other force that does dirty work for all of the hidden villages. Doing this, among other missions, he intends to gain reputation with as many groups and villages as he can, thus empowering the Akatsuki through word of mouth, belief, and proven ability. He wants them to be a serious threat, so when the time comes for revolution, the village leaders are faced with the decision to fold, or succumb to their (assumedly) gathered forces and allies.
He has a variety of plans on how to gather the jinchuriki, but killing them and extracting the beasts is not part of that. He wants them alive, and he wants the Jinchuriki to work with their tailed beasts for maximum effect and power, and to use them against the very villages who claim ownership over them.
On top of all of this he has reformed the member count, how teams are handled, and how they operate to prevent the deaths and losses the Akatsuki had before. Teams are of two, but on high risk missions there is a support team that goes with them, to better aid chances of escape, healing, and survival. Equipped with a skilled med nin with unique abilities, and an extremely knowledgeable sensory nin who can tell them anything they'd need to know. He believes this to be a sure path to success. 

Shingyo is a smart and very skilled Shinobi. He uses his expert knowledge of the chakra natures strengths and weaknesses to his advantage, as well as collecting and using them himself with the Masks on his back. His having of multiple hearts means he's exceedingly difficult to kill, which gives him second chances in battle if he is to even fail once.
He's proficient in all 3 ranges of battle. His close range taijutsu is just as good as that of his father, being able to harden his body or use other defensive jutsu to withstand blows. His mid range is an excellent use of his Earth Grudge Fear, extending and bending his body parts away from himself to engage in combat. And long range is skillfully covered with his ever growing range of ninjutsu, also thanks to his masks and their solo forms.
Shingyo is an extremely intimidating opponent, and he never sweats or panics during battle.

Signature Jutsu: Earth Grudge Fear
     - The Earth Grudge Fear is a secret kinjutsu of Takigakure which transforms the user's body into something similar to that of a rag-doll, held together by hundreds of thick black threads.

Jutsu 1: Magnetic Field
     - -Using the lightning style mask, and his earth style, he juts rocks up in a circular fashion creating a closed off battle field. This field is then magnetically charged, favoring his own movement and putting the other's movements at a disadvantage. He can then change his own magnetic charge at will to help him move about quite proficiently.

Jutsu 2: Earth Spear
     - The user flows earth-natured chakra through all or parts of their body, causing it to become noticeably darker, all while increasing their defensive power to become as hard as diamond. As such, this allows the user to easily be able to withstand most attacks with little to no damage, with the exception of Lightning Release ninjutsu. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique.

Jutsu 3: Lightning Strike Armour
     - By using Lightning Release, the user surrounds themselves with electricity in the form of armour. The intense electric field enhances the user's speed,[1] and protects them by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it.
