Shai

Shai is, by all means, a villain. Not quite a supervillain, but only because she prefers to maintain a sense of secrecy and doesn't want to be out in the open to be considered worth stopping. But she is very well known in the villainous community, which means she's also had her fair share of copycats, pun intended. She doesn't take kindly to this and usually puts a stop to it immediately. Her hamsters are like her tiny henchmen, she can communicate with them and all rodents. Her usual villainy is grand theft, being anywhere from ancient artifacts to extremely personal items, she can and will take whatever she wants. She might sell them, but she'll usually hoard them for herself. 

She has a close relationship to El Diablo, the literal devil, and his lover. No one quite knows how the mutual trusting friendship came to be, but it's a real one none the less. Diablo was to one to gift her her first hamster mass, whom are all named "Baby", and she used them to the peak of her advantage. She often goes to the Americas to visit him, and he often goes to Asia to visit her in return.
