The Queen of Nightslash

Polthos is a massive alien entity made up of tightly condensed energy and has the godlike potential to change or create worlds. She travels the both chaotic yet calm, loud yet quiet space that exists between dimensions, dropping off pieces of herself behind that develop to become the Nightslash. Its not often that the spawn see her again, though not impossible. Nightslash, once formed and effectively born, almost immediately begin following their natural instinct to explore and find their purpose. Many of them develop their own worlds and go through many different incarnations during their life. She may have been similar in appearance to her children a very long time ago...

Polthos as an individual is of few words and lots of dedication to her duty. She communicates through telepathy and can, to some extent, communicate with the Nightslash through similar means. When it happens, she is delighted to see her children, though otherwise, keeps to herself.
