Whorker

Whorker is an ex torture demon of Hell, who left his station behind and job of creating demons from souls in purgatory. He now lives in the life realm- as a sort of 'unconventional' blackmarket doctor deep within the woods. He's known by various demons of the land (by word of mouth), as a place of protection from death. Those that are dying, come to him to stop dying.  

His methods of healing are not 'normal' methods and often dire wounds can be completely healed within moments or simply a few hours. Whorker is a torture demon after all, and his magics are vast in the strengths of creation, thus making him an excellent healer in the life realms. He can heal a wound from the inside out, and not leave a single scar behind. He can heal new and old wounds/sickness etc., regardless of what created them or how long they'd effected the person. He can remove any ailment, physical (or mental) or curse/magical bond that exists upon an individual. It's been said that he can even slow or stop aging- or reverse the effects for a while at the very least. 

His talents, however, are not cheap. 

He requires a payment of sorts, from those that he heals, or those that come to him wishing to pay the payment for the wounded (he allows that too). Though the payee must be willing. One cannot force their payment on another. This can range from many types of payments, and the greater the wound or need of the patient, the steeper the price. A common payment he is known to ask for, is a single tooth from the payee's mouth, that he must choose and remove himself. 

He has many teeth stashed away in his hut, and no one knows what they are for or why he collects them, though it is without a doubt for magical purposes- and one should be wary paying prices such as these. It's possible to attempt a bargain with him, though it's not often that he'll accept any haggling- however, it has been done with him before.

Whorker typically only heals demons (usually hellspawn demons) or other magical entities, as those are the ones that know of his services, though he has been known to heal humans as well. It's not often that a human discovers his talents on their own- and usually has a demon or fei companion with them should they arrive at his place of work. Humans are difficult to heal perfectly, as they are so fragile and its easy to break them- the payment for healing humans is high because of this. An example of a past payment to a human, once required six years of their servitude under him. 

Whorker is not nice. He's snappy and can be down right mean. He gets straight to the point of things and does not have time to beat around the bush or play games. He also has no qualms letting someone die or writhe around on his table in pain, simply because he dislikes them (or likes the particular way they scream), or any various reason. Though he's not without some mercy, and can provide sedatives to his patients if he's feeling generous. 

If an individual comes to him unable to pay the price he requires, he has been known to leave them in a worse state than they arrived. So make sure you can pay.
