Bel is a "blessed" individual of mixed heritage that uses they/them pronouns. Growing up with two other siblings away from civilization's trappings, Bel learned from a young age the importance of self-actualization. Much time was spent in deep meditation and thought, having been taught to let nature take affairs at its own pace and live in harmony with the world. They had little contact with other people, but they and their siblings felt connected with the planet's inhabitants regardless. During great periods of strife, the air grew thick and dire, while in times of peace, the three felt the world's swelling happiness firsthand. This shared empathy would shape their experiences for much of their lives.

Bel's "blessing" goes far beyond simple elemental affinity, taking the form of seven Chakras placed on their body. Each Chakra grants them seemingly superhuman abilities, at the cost of requiring a great deal of spiritual maintenance to remain empowered. They are capable of countless feats, including flight, telekinesis, manipulating multiple elements with great ease, and seeing into the hearts and souls of those around them.

Despite the powerful bond Bel shared with their siblings, the three began to feel an overwhelming aura of dread coming from the forest near their family home. This place, theorized by the trio as some sort of nexus between worlds, had been overcome with something truly malevolent. One by one, their siblings began to venture into the woods, not realizing the gravity of their situation, and disappearing shortly thereafter. After their siblings went missing, Bel spent years researching the place from afar, to no avail. Finally succumbing to the encroaching urge to go in, they followed in their siblings' footsteps, hoping to find their missing companions. But they have not been seen since their last venture, and those that knew them have since accepted that they will never be seen again.
