Penny is an outgoing young woman. She's unafraid of starting conversations with strangers, and does so often. She can often be found in inns, taverns, and dance halls, enjoying the music and atmosphere or performing herself. She's bubbly and loud, and has a bad habit of making joke's at other people's expense a bit too soon. People can find her brash and annoying, or just as easily find her energy and willingness to banter charming. She's overly emotional, but only when it comes to high emotions. She'll hide sadness or worry or grief from the people around her, but everyone will know when she's angry or irritated. Penny doesn't outwardly like other people's feelings, particularly of gratitude or praise, when they're directed at her.
She's always looking to cause petty mischief, either out of her sense of petty revenge for something, or just because she thinks it'll make someone near her laugh. She'll happily risk some minor harm to herself (or occasionally others, depending on who she's with) if she thinks the situation will be funny. Her sense of humor is crude, and often relies on making self-depreciating jokes or harrying someone else for a slight mistake.

Summary
She dresses fashionably, and changes her clothes often. The first thing she'll judge in a stranger is their attire and sense of style. She dislikes a person who dresses ostentatiously, usually instantly dismissing them as snobby or the upper echelons she despises. Those dressed interestingly, but not overly extravagantly, catch her attention the most. Changing Penelope's opinion on a person after she's gotten a first impression of them is a long and tedious process. It takes dramatic action to make her like someone she initially dislikes, though ending up on her shit list for a perceived slight or inconvenience is much easier. She'll often justify the shady or unsavory actions of her friends easily, but quickly condemn people she likes less for even simple mistakes or acts she disapproves of. Penelope will hold a grudge for a comically long time.
She's fiercely loyal to people she knows and likes, and gets incredibly attached to people very quickly if they've been kind and spent time with her. She becomes infatuated with people unreasonably quickly, and has a bad habit of pushing relationships and taking them faster than most people are comfortable with. She has a long history of failed and burnt out relationships. She's prone to feeling abandoned easily, and quickly becomes bitter if someone stops paying attention to her. The stronger the relationship was, the more bitter she gets. She's particularly vulnerable to feeling pity for the underdog. Whether its a slave, small child, a mistreated servant, or any person who maybe stuck under an oppressor, she'll go against all of her good sense to help them. While she's been manipulated by this sense of charity in the past, it hasn't stopped her from continuing to try to help people, usually through distributing any wealth she may acquire and offering jobs to people when she has the means to do so.
Penelope is a werewolf, though not a natural born one. She was bitten in her late teens by her lover at the time, who she thought she be closer to by sharing a curse with. This relationship ended up not working out, and without a figure to guide her through being a lycanthrope, her transformations are out of control and violent. She undeniably takes some amount of joy in being completely feral for a while, though she understands she's not doing herself or anyone she loves any favors by going berserk. She's working on a way to get a handle on her transformations. Normally, she only transforms under the effect of the full moon, but when she's in grave danger or just thinks someone really needs to be torn apart, she chooses to undergo it at other times. Reverting back to human self isn't a choice she consciously makes, and instead happens naturally when she exhausts herself. It's rare, but it is possible for someone to calm her down and let her think clearly enough to go back, though whoever tries to do so is liable to get eaten. She cannot differentiate friend from foe, though she will direct her rage at a particular person first, if applicable.
Design
• Penny's hair is curly at the ends, and she has an undercut from below her ears to her neck. It's shorter in the back and gets longer towards the front.
• Her tattoo doesn't have a strict design, as long as its greyscale with roses, feathers, and thorns, it works.
• Penny's hips are generally wider than her bust.
• In her werewolf form, she has a thick mane of fur that curls like her hair. her fur is also curly on her tail and near her elbows.
• Wolf tits are optional, but her wolf form leans more toward human-shaped, with long arms and hands and tending to walk bipedally. Has huge fuckoff teeth.
Trivia
• She's both a sadist and a masochist. Penelope loves nothing more than to hurt people who have wronged her. She loves revenge more than life itself. She knows this is not healthy. She does not care. That said, she enjoys physical pain, particularly in intimate matters.
• Penelope can't swim. She will sink like a rock and die, and no amount of lessons have managed to teach her how to swim successfully.
• Being in the same room as an open jar of peanut butter will kill her. So allergic to peanuts. Will die if she comes in contact with a single peanut. Cannot kiss people who have consumed peanut products in the last day.
• Penelope is an incorrigible flirt and being in any kind of relationship will not change that in the least, though it does determine how far she takes it. Her relationship with Kova is open with Conditions*, and will try to charm anyone she finds interesting. Particularly if they're inhuman or monstrous, which she loves.
• Terrified of snakes. Cannot explain why. She will absolutely freak out near one, and the bigger it is, the worse it will be.
• A modern Penelope doesn't play video games with the exception of Mario Party, which she loves because she can fuck everyone over and not play to win, but play to make her friends as pants-shittingly angry as possible. Nothing brings her greater joy than pettily tearing her friendships apart.

Kova
The two started off on awful footing, hating each other immediately after Kova was forcefully bound to her. Over a lot of time spent together and keeping each other from harm, they came to like each other, and eventually the relationship developed into a romantic one. While she technically holds his bond and could command Kova, she has never, and will never, do so. Kova often acts as her emotional ballast, and keeps her in check when she wants to do something painfully dumb and reckless. Usually.
Percy
While there is nothing in the world Penelope loves more than ruthlessly bullying Percy, she would also die defending him. She met him while visiting his family's estate to make some coin playing as a bard, and quickly took pity on the meek and pathetic boy. Sshe, Percy, and Kova are briefly in a very loose, almost entirely physical polyamorous relationship. They remain friends even though that doesn't work out for a myriad of reasons.
Tyall
Her doting and overbearing father, Tyall's attempt to shelter her from the world is ultiamtely what made her leave in the first place. Despite this, she loves her father even if she thinks he's boring. He taught her everything she knows about music, and she visits him often.
Ainsley
Friends since childhood, Penny and Ainsley took very different paths in life in the late teens, but still make the time to catch up and cause problems together. They're two calamitous forces of nature that only get worse when they're together, much to their partner's dismay. Share a mutual love of exploding things with magic.
