Hoshiro

Hoshiro is a resident of Dreamingdom, as well as Hoshina's twin brother. He is the "Star Colonel" of this land, which means he manages most of the other Stars' work.
   Hoshiro has lots of trouble allowing himself to share his feelings; he doesn't get along with many people therefore doesn't really have friends. He sees pretty much everyone as his co-workers, bosses or subordinates, except for his twin sister he has an odd relationship with. Can be easily grumpy, very strict and hard-to-please with work. It seems Tsukino and Hoshina are the only ones who (relatively) understand him.
   Due to his androgyne appearance and feminine traits, he is often misgendered and secretly complexes about it.
