Koha - The Changeling Queen. 

She's a parasitic fae 'disguised' as a dragon. It's more complicated but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Her progenitors made a good deal with her royal draconic parents, and so she up becoming queen of a dragon kingdom.

She's a ruthless ruler, very spoiled and stubborn. Her stubbornness comes off as stupidity, but she's very good at social skills, manipulation and politics. Her extravagance is actually strategic. She throws elaborate parties to show off her wealth, get the dirt on other political leaders and distract her kingdom from the various wars she has started. She is also fond of verbal warfare. While Koha cares about few besides herself, she still wants to make her now-gone parents proud of her, even though they had a complicated relationship. Unfortunately, she felt the best way to do this was by destroying the kingdoms their assassins came from. Koha herself has a ring of assassins, hunters, smugglers and other close companions who do her secret bidding.

• gold and mauve
• flagrant displays of wealth

Because she took the body of a dragon, she can change into a full dragon. Her true form is extremely weak and sickly without the disgusting amount of magic she has. Her magic often manifests in ink.

Being a fae gives her the ability to control aspects of nature. Fire, insects, plants, dirt - she is awful at healing however.
