The owner of the biggest blackmarket criminal organization Circus in the Underworld, Boo maintains the facade of a joyful youth enjoying his tea parties. His eccentric personality often tires people out but his skills and competence cannot be overlooked.

His past is unknown to all, with no exception to even himself. Boo has no recollection of who he used to be before the Circus. As far as he knows, he has and always will be the Circus RingLeader

Be wary when you've been invited to the Tea Party ,,, Special invite only gatherings Boo holds for the top brass of the underground to request jobs or make deals with him. The parties can range to auction of skills with 100 members gathered or a special one on one with Boo. Really the only constant factor is when having a Tea Party with Boo, you're guaranteed to lose more than win. The only thing to keep in mind is to not lose too much- especially your life.
