- Do not copy or in any way borrow from traits or canon lore. You may not create "sister species" or those that canonically exist within the same world without my explicit permission and corroboration.
- You may gift or trade your design. You may resell but for no more than you paid, unless there is additional artwork of significant value. Please inform me of this transfer of ownership so that I can update my records.
- Any designs that are part of giveaways or given to you for free, you may not resell them.
- You may make minor changes to the designs but please do not make them unrecognizable. You may not edit a design to give it rarer or more valuable traits.
- You do not need to abide by canon lore, unless you are participating in the species group, Temporus-Essea (pertains to Jie only, currently).
- You may not use your design in any explicit sexual content where they are represented as looking underage/a minor. I do not condone 'shota' or pedophilia and will blacklist you from further purchases or participation.
- You may not use designs that you do not own. Do not steal, trace, copy, or attempt to resell what is not your own.
- Do not beg for an adopt or harass owners for their designs.
- Additional terms may be added at any time. Notice will be given of changes.
- Please do not recreate any of my CS on sites like Furvilla, Aywas, or others that allow for custom species 'pets'.
- Designs traded to you or acquired in giveaways may not be traded for AB vouchers, or purchase vouchers of any kind other than artwork. This would be the equivalent of reselling a traded design.
