About...
With a fanged grin, Luxorvania sits pretty as Mewt's most trusted advisor, manager, cult member, and possibly - friend, as much as Mewt can say to have friends. Such a coveted position was secured early on, as Luxorvania served as Mewt's devoted general and bodyguard during his rise to power and the subsequent Unification War.
As the power of Chellabran society shifted, Lux found himself the center figure of the Dewclaws: Mewt's private cult, who would assist him in managing Maweth and enforcing his rules across the continent. The captains of the Dewclaws answer to Lux, and he keeps close watch on their antics and the pulse of Maweth as a whole.
As far as anyone else could tell - such was the summation of Luxorvania. His devotion and dedication to Mewt is fanatical, albeit not out of place in Maweth - but loyalty still seems to be his only defining personality trait.
Personality...
Smug, underhanded. Confident in himself, in Mewt, and in the righteousness of Mewt's status/laws/etc. Creeps along in the shadows, spies on people, and collects information like currency. Everything he learns - which is more than many realize - is fed back to Mewt in its entirety. Prefers torture and mind-altering magic than outright killing problems, but defers to Mewt's decisions (of course).
Has a strong distaste for treason, betrayal, and spies. Enjoys sadistically toying with them as a cat would a mouse.

Abilities...
Luxorvania is Unflamed.
Powers...
Has amazing reflexes and is very athletic; does parkour for fun. Hasn't used a proper weapon in a while so is a bit rusty with blades, but could pick it back up with ease. Is otherwise an alright mage.
Is incredibly politically influential within Chellabra, and is somewhat well-known outside of it as he sits in for Mewt's presence often.
