Monarch is a monarch butterfly who is the ruler of... something. Nobody really knows what it is except for those under his rule.
He seems to have some odd charm about him; his followers love and praise him constantly, and seem almost hypnotized at the sight of him.
He travels a lot during winter, usually to get away from the cold weather that he hates considering he only travels to warmer places during these times. Nobody knows where he came from, or why. It's rumored he takes over kingdoms he visits.
