Cassim

Not really the 'serious' counterpart twin to Shirah, but definitely more capable regardless; Cassim is the ruler of the Kingdom Roseiline, an average mass of land mostly populated by Elves.

He doesn't like having guards about him, and is honestly the main reason why there's less manpower about the royal castle and more of the guards about the world trying to scout and assess threats or partnerships.

Defaulting to his core reactions, he is very athletic; when upset or frustrated he'll immediately defer to his hobbies of exercising his demons (and it always seems like there's plenty of those).
He's quick to snap depending on who is 'demeaning' him (as he thinks of it)-- but quite truthfully, he is pretty immature/naive. To most, Cassim is seen as brash.

Him and Shirah were taught to keep from shapeshifting to their dragon form, so they're usually both seen in the humanoid form. But... Sometimes Cassim gets a little carried away and shifts to keep those muscles limber.

Due to retaining the knowledge he was bestowed during his Princeship, he knows the Dragon-shifters had forcefully taken Roseiline in a time before Cassim's family came to even rule. These are secrets only the Royal shifters seem to know these days...

TRIVIA AND NOTES:
-He is obsessed with horseshoe crabs. Has a farm of them and loves them as pets. Shirah finds them disgusting so he sometimes likes teasing him with them...
-Knows many languages, usually defaults to his native Draconic tongue despite only Shirah knowing it. (Dauphin has picked some up but his relationship with Cassim is... Tenuous, so it's not like they converse with this language)
-Has a hard time staying asleep every night. Many guards are posted at random odd hours in case they find Cassim wandering without supervision.
-Thinks his eldest sibling's assassination/kidnapping was him and Shirah's fault-- the one subject he won't budge on or try to discuss.
-Was forced to learn to play an instrument with his twin to create a duet for their (now deceased) parents. Hasn't picked up his flute in centuries.
-I named him after Cassima, the love interest of Prince Alexander in King's Quest VI :p
