I originally had him as an god thingy, I dunno he was suppose to be someone who really just around to give people information instead being this omnicient being that had all these powers. He worked for somethings he called "them/they" (still haven't thought of these lovecraftian beings yet) and mostly just gave information. His powers just had one thing, stopping time to talk to someone and returning it back to normal. He never fought, nor can he.. (I dunno I think it would be awkward to fight with a TV on your head)
He was the original Error 404 until I retired him and gave the name to the new Error 404. Now I need a new name for him.
Also yes, I know what he's saying, those aren't random symbols, (Well they are but I know what they translate to.)
