"No, no, I can't com with you - I have to stay here, perfecting my formulas. I'd just get upset anyway if I had to stay too long from my workshop. Sorry."

Family heirloom: The Homunculī Of Alchymie or How To Create A Living Servant
An old and worn out book with red leather covers, this book was supposedly hand written by an alchemist who had successfully created a homunculus, and whose manual was then found and retrieved from her old tomb. Whether this is true or not is questionable, but one thing is for sure: this manual seems to prepare its user for the goal of creating a miniature human, a homunculus, to serve them. It contains several alchemical symbols and patterns as well as personal, diary-like notes made my the book's supposed original writer, but you can't help but wonder... Is it really preparing you for what you believe it is preparing you to?

A young alchemist with a fascination for creating life, their unsuccessful attempts at creating a homunculus only seem to add more fuel to their fire. And with the book they only recently found from their uncle's book store, they're sure it's just a matter of time until they finally succeed in their goal. Nevertheless, as they're still young and learning, they spend most of their time practicing with the less difficult symbols and patterns, and certainly seem to be on the right track to succeeding in what their book is preparing them to.

Although they prefer to act like a hermit and dedicate their life for their studies, they're actually quite the social butterfly by nature - no matter how they try to deny it.  A charismatic and talented speaker, many think the youth is wasting their skills and talent in their underground workshop, and should instead work on something more people oriented. But the idea of creating life through artificial means is almost like a fixation to them, to the point nothing else truly seems to matter. Many wonder just what caused this strange obsession to be born...
