Tangerine Garnet

Tangerine is the fusion of a hot-blooded Pigeon’s Blood Ruby and an honest, reserved Yellow Sapphire. Tangerine shares Ruby’s unforgiving, grudge-holding nature, but is far slower to jump to conclusions, pondering all possibilities before making a decision. She is hard to talk to and can come off as rude or bitter, but in reality she just doesn’t know how to talk to people, and is a kind and loyal friend once you get to know her.

Her staff holds a floating ball of lava at the tip, courtesy of Pidge’s magma manipulation ability, a beam of which can be fired at enemies. No-one knows how the lava ball replenishes itself, but it never runs out.
