"A bolt out of the blue"
Hikari is friendly most of the time and likes to help others in need, but she is also very distrustful towards strangers.
She has lightning abilities in a fantasy related world, which also makes her able to float/fly through magnetism. She draws the power from the magical gem in her forehead, which flows through her whole body. The intensity of her discharges can vary. So a huge bolt might not harm at all if she decides so. To not electrize herself, her whole body is well isolated. Her skin is comparable with a rubber glove, but soft. Electricity runs through her whole body. Is she injured, little sparks might come out of the wound. Her patience is not very big, and so it might happen that she discharges her anger in a thunderstorm.

RELATIONSHIPS
Silence is a very close friend of Hikari. She doesn't notice it, but he watches over her like an invisible guardian.
In the Hunter X Hunter Universe: Kurapika means a lot to her and she would do everything to protect or support him the best she can.
In the Team Fortress 2 Universe: She's a very loyal companion of the Medic and does her best on the battlefield.
