Not one to settle down, Olk left his family when he was very young. He studied with various troll mages, and he traveled around a lot, learning, helping and bothering others. He has had many lovers, but as far as he knows, only one, Shay, gave him a child: a daughter they named Svarra. While she was raized mainly by her mother, Olk visited her regularly, and when their tribe became involved in a war, Olk supported Svarra's desicion to fight, and he offered to help them out with his magic. When the war was over he convinced Svarra to join him on his travels.
