Arrow O'hara

Arrow doesn't remember where he's from or much of what happened to him before his teenage years. Since the death of the man taking care of him, he's been on the road, living off people's couches and beds in trade for "favours." He's very good at selling, whether what he's selling is good or not, he can convince people to follow his lead. He is also aware he can stop time by singing, but he doesn't know why, so he doesn't do it unless he needs to.

Arrow fell in love with Hazel's work when he came across it, and has since made it his personal mission to make sure as many people can see and appreciate Hazel's work.
