About everything:

• Do not put any of my characters/designs in a dreamie/tracking folder.
• Do not offer me with your purge. I'm not interested in looking through dozens of colored bases.
  
• In general, if you're offering me your purge for trade, I'm going to be extremely suspicious of you. I'm of the opinion that all designs should be loved, not be used as stepping stones or trading cards or for monetary gain.
• I'm not interested in designs for things that I don't already show interest in.  A quick perusal of my account will show you what I like.
  

About my art, OCs, and Sonas:

• Do not offer to adopt or buy any of them. They are not for sale. And if they ever go up for sale they will be transferred to my adopts folders.
• Do not copy their designs.
• Do not copy their character info.
• Do not kin  my characters. I understand that it cannot be controlled at times but  it makes me highly uncomfortable, do not openly do it, keep it to  yourself, do not create content of my characters via your kintype. You  do not know them the way I do, and you never will. -signed, a fellow  kinnie
• Do not misgender my characters or my sonas.
• Do not trace or heavily reference my art for posting. Practice is fine if you keep it private and don't claim it as your own.
• If they are tagged with comfort character, these rules apply triply so.
• If you break these rules, you'll be blocked and warned about to others.

About my Adopts:

• Do not copy their designs or steal their designs.
• Do not draw the design if you don't currently own them. (Once the design is given to someone, you can draw fanart for them)
• Do not change their design drastically. Minor changes are fine. Changes concerning name, pronouns, sexuality, etc, is fine to change.
• If  an adopt has a number next to the name, it's up for sale, and I prefer  money offers to art/design offers, but I do consider all offers.
• Adopts  without numbers are from giveaways/gifts, and as such I don't feel  comfortable selling them for money. Regardless, I may be picky about  offers for them.
• Please don't take it personally if I refuse  your offer, please don't start begging or bargaining. Take a refusal as a  refusal and move on.
• I do not do pings.
• Best way to actually get any of my designs is to join the Black Market Designs Discord server. I primarily use this place for ease of access and storage of my own characters, not for the trading/buying scene on here.
  
• My only limits with what you can do with the designs you get from me are as follows: Don't create hate art against minorities and oppressed groups! Don't   use for NFTs! Don't the designs into closed species! If you use them in  a  game or comic that is going to make money I would like to discuss   further payment for my designing of the character.
• Please keep  my designs listed and visible to everyone, especially me! I love  checking in every so often on my fave designs and seeing what's up.  Obviously there are some exceptions that can be made, but for the most  part, please keep my designs listed!

Hold Policy

• I'm willing to hold a design for One Week if you're paying for it.
• I'm willing to hold a design for A Month if you're trading art for it.

About Rehoming/Reselling Adopts:

• Do not sell my adopts for more than you bought them for, unless there is more art added.
  • Design flipping is not allowed. Own the design for a few months at least, jeez.
  • I don't approve of purges. Don't even bother offering if you're a frequent purger.
• If you received the adopt via an art or design trade, then you cannot sell it at all without extra art.

General TOS:

• The  art provided to you may NOT be modified in any way. This means you may  NOT remove my watermark, change the colors or lines, or alter the art in  a way that makes it different from what I originally gave you. Cropping  for icons/headers is okay.
• The art  provided to you may NOT be reposted to a site without my  permission,  and any WIP images may NOT be saved and posted anywhere publicly.
• I WILL NOT accept cryptocurrency payment.
• My art is NOT to be used for NFTs.
• My art is NOT to be used for hate.
• NO REFUNDS are available.
• ALL PIECES ARE DIGITAL, nothing will be sent to you physically, so please note that as such if PayPal requests you to do so.
