Merle

Personality: 

Merle is a little lazy and prefers to stay at home. He isn't the type to be firm in his decision making and can get lost in things. Sometimes he can spend a lot of time deciding what to buy on the internet, or if he has to choose his outfit for the day if he plans to go outside. 

He also tends to procrastinate and digress into different topics when conversations become lengthy. He is a bit taken aback by people who are straight to the point with their communication, but he doesn't hate it, because it helps keep him on track too. He dislikes aggressive confrontation and tends to either space out or run away from it. 

Stressful situations can cause him to panic easily. He also doesn't like to feel like it's his fault. So, unless it's said nicely, he'll panic/ run away (by this I mean run away from responsibilities). 

His online personality is a bit more energetic, encouraging and cute! 

Likes: 

• Going on his streams and talking with his fans. He gains money for just being cute lol
• SLEEPING (he loves to sleep peacefully when he can) 
• Being indoors 
• Mandarins (the fruit)
• Kotatsu (He thinks it's a miracle invention)
• Saving money with discount sales 
• Surfing the Internet 

Dislikes: 

• Aggressive confrontation 
• Doing physically strenuous activities like sports 
• Being together with physically draining people
• Being in stressful situations (he tends to panic easily, and thoughts can spiral out of control)
• Online weirdos 

Background: 

Merle is more or less average in a lot of things with regards to his school life. Because of his lack of being more physically adventurous with finding and experiencing new things, his life hasn't been the most interesting. Most days he just comes home from school, does university assignments and surfs the Internet. His family had been nagging him to get a job but he didn't like the idea of going outside on a regular basis. 

Because of his parent's worsening financial situation, and the fact that he wasn't able to find at least a retail job (his resume was lacking), he was sent out to live on his own with the little "support bundle" his parents gave him. At first he didn't feel like the situation was that dire because of the support package, but once he realized that he was running out of money for living expenses- he panicked. 

At first Merle didn't know what to do. But one day while surfing the Internet, he gets the idea to become a streamer!
