Appearance Description: 

Amy'canum has a generally humanoid, slender build of average height, 5'9". They probably wouldn't stick out much on the island, but their skinny barbed tail, two horns, and pointy ears mark them as obviously not human. Amy's skin is an unnatural shade of white with rosy pink cheeks. Their fluffy chin-length hair is also white, while their horns and tail shade towards a light gray. They have red eyes with yellow slit pupils, snakelike teeth, and a red forked tongue. Their head has various markings, including round circles like freckles on their face, a dotted line around their neck with a little scissors symbol, and a symbol of an eye under three circles on each horn. 

Since Amy'canum is blind, they don't often put much effort into their appearance, but they tend to like ripped skinny jeans and tight t-shirts with or without sleeves. Usually they can be seen wearing dark colours, sometimes accessorizing with bracelets. They tend to tilt their ears towards people they're talking with instead of facing them, and they move cautiously especially in unfamiliar places. Usually they're accompanied by their seeing eye dog, a hellhound named Gena. 

Personality Description: 

A prankster, math nerd, and partier, Amy'canum's free-spirited nature is balanced by his tendency to worry. In spite of their generally upbeat attitude they are also prone to bouts of depression where they isolate themselves and can't manage to leave their bed for days. They have a good business sense and are an efficient worker, but not a hard worker. In fact they're quite lazy when it comes to things they're not interested in, and they will goof off when they get the chance.

They don't see math as work and would be perfectly happy doing taxes for hours on end or taking inventory. Although they wouldn't make a deal with just anyone, they also like to barter and trade. Aside from math and going to parties, Amy's hobbies include building towers with blocks, rock collecting, and walking his dog. They are quite possessive of things they consider theirs - no one else is allowed to touch their collections.

When it comes to their guide dog, Gena, Amy adores her, showers her with affection, and possibly spoils her a bit, while being mostly indifferent to other animals. With their brother, they are close. There is definitely a lot of mutual pranking, teasing, and even annoyance but Amy'canum wouldn't stand for anyone trying to hurt him. 

Active Abilities: 

Gena, Seeing Eye Hellhound - Gena is a hellhound that follows Amy'canum. She's about the size of a labrador retriever (roughly 2 feet tall at the shoulder) and aside from her odd appearance and demonic nature is basically a well-trained guide dog. Her intelligence, physical abilities, and senses all match that of a labrador retriever as well. Her skin is tough as leather, and she heals about twice as fast as a normal dog would, but without any extra regeneration. Unlike a normal dog, Gena is entirely insectivorous, and has a long prehensile tail that is strong enough to enable her to climb a tree, as well as a long sticky bug-catching tongue. She also has a lifespan of about 1000 years, if she's taken care of. Being a demonic creature, Gena is burned by holy water and crosses, cannot enter a place of worship such as a church/synagogue, and can be banished back to Hell via exorcism.

Sin Sense - They can sense how corrupted a soul is based on how much that person has sinned (Predominantly Christian definition). They can see whether the soul tends towards good or evil. And they know which categories of sin are most tempting. Ie lust, greed, etc. They have to focus on a particular person at a time, but it's just as quick as looking at someone. This ability stays with their head.

Twin Head Swap - They can pull off their own head or their twin's head without much effort and without injury or mess, like pulling off a doll's head. Their head can spin 360 degrees even when attached and they won't be hurt by beheading. Can swap heads with their twin this way. They retain control of their own headless body, while their head is loose, but have to have their head attached to their twin's body to control it. Can remain separated from their head indefinitely, but physically weakens when apart by 30' increasing with distance. Loses control of body at 60'. Recovery time is proportionate to time separated, but as long as they do get returned to their body, they will recover, assuming they don't starve to death or get killed in the meantime. They can still be killed like usual when headless, if their body is destroyed the head will die too and vice versa. If they are killed with heads swapped, both heads detach.

Energy feeding - Within 5' can feed off soul energy. They have to pick one target at a time and concentrate on them to eat. Have to feed off sapient beings with souls. Purer souls have less energy, children and believers are the worst food. Can't feed off angels or holy beings. Will eventually weaken and starve to death if they don't eat, about as fast as a human going without food. The feeding tires the target mentally and physically, they'd be completely exhausted after about 30 minutes, but is otherwise not dangerous, and they'd recover in the same amount of time with rest. From an average human soul, they require about three 30 minute feeding sessions a day to stay healthy, but they can spread this out into 10 minutes or condense it into a longer session. An innocent child they might take hours to get the same amount of energy.

Passive Abilities:

Omnilingual - Can understand/speak all Earth languages, but this knowledge doesn't extend to reading/writing.

Natural Accountant - Can mentally perform and understand all the calculations of a good scientific calculator nearly instantly. Can count accurately at a glance up to 1000 visible objects (if they weren't blind), and can count higher with time. Always remembers what they've counted, and knows if even one object of a collection goes missing.

Extended Lifespan - Functionally ageless, could live for 10000 years.

Enhanced Healing - Heals two times as fast as a human, without scarring. Small cuts might only last a day, broken bones a few weeks instead of months. For anything major that a human couldn't normally heal, like regeneration, they'd have to return to their Hell to heal, and it could take months/years. If they can't return to Hell, life-threatening injuries could be fatal. They don't resurrect. Immune to natural poison/disease/drugs.

Sleepless - Doesn't need sleep. But still gets tired from physical activity and needs to rest.

Demon Tail - Tail is prehensile and can lift about 5lbs.

Twin connection - Can sense twin's presence and health. They get a general sense of each other's emotions and if one is injured. Can send mental alerts, like an alarm or distress signal, but not full telepathy. Feels any pain of their sibling at half strength without being injured by it or physically harmed.

Weaknesses:

Bacon! - Human food does nothing for them, but pork is like a drug or high dose of caffeine. They get very hyperactive and jittery with just one piece of bacon, have impaired judgement, and too much can actually make them sick and give them a hangover.

Holy Weaknesses - Holy water and Abrahamic holy symbols leave burns that won't heal naturally. Cannot enter churches/synagogues/mosques. A believer wielding a holy symbol can command them to leave a non-public space and they'd have to obey (though they could still come back in).

Gemini - Gets weak, listless, and depressed when more than 5 miles from their sibling. If kept apart long enough the damage could become permanent, starting around a couple days. Kill one, the other will become increasingly ill and also die within a month.

Blind - Completely blind, they can't see at all.

Biography:

Amy'canum was born in a Hell, in a parallel dimension nearly identical to Manta Carlos's dimension. His father was the chief accountant, who pretty much runs this Hell, even though the official ruler is the prince and he gets all the credit. His mother was a black zodiac personification of Gemini who got lumped in with demons in Hell. She was one person in two bodies, and passed some of this onto her sons. Unfortunately for Amy, he was born first, and being born without their twin left them permanently blind, weak for a demon, and prone to depression. Their brother was born about 2 years later and they quickly became closer to each other than to anyone else including their parents. He was given his guide dog not long after this.

In their world, the supernatural was almost exclusively demons and angels, some spirits or personifications would end up being classified as demons or angels depending, but would all be contained to heaven or hell. And both Heaven and Hell were in charge of not revealing the supernatural to humans. So the twins were raised in Hell, not having much contact with humans outside of the dead souls, which were mostly being tortured and/or used as food and energy sources. Raised more as business assets than children, most of their education would have been math/business matters and corrupting humans.

This Hell's entire economy/power-base is run off of souls, specifically corrupt souls, and their energy. The twin's father noticed that the intake of these souls had been slowing, so he had many children by different mothers with the intent to train them then send them out to various other parallel hells in the hopes of finding solutions. The twins are originally sent to a Hell in MC's dimension, but the demons there just toss them at Starlight Academy for schooling so they don't have to deal with the two.

Resources: Staying in dorms. Supported by school since their home resources aren't exactly transferable. Looking for a job. 

Additional Information: Paired with twin. Technically they aren't biological twins because Amy was born two years earlier, but because of a quirk of the Gemini species and their bond, they are twins in spite of their age difference.

Latin is their native language. Can't exactly read because they're blind and don't know about Braille, but can write almost legibly in Latin, Greek, and Hebrew.
