You are FORBIDDEN from stealing a character or the art.
Please credit me when you draw the character and give me credit for the design (including credit on toyhou.se)
I retain ownership of the image.
Do not back out of an offer once you have been chosen as the winner.
You are allowed to edit the design as much as you'd like.
If you want me to make minor changes, I can do simple changes for free. If you want bigger changes, I will charge extra.
If payment is not received within 4 days (for points and money), you may lose this adopt.
You can not return this adoptable/no refunds available.
Money payment for adopts is USD and via Paypal.
If you attempt to get your money back after the character is yours, you will lose ownership and I will rehome the character.
You can resell this character, but for no more than the base purchase price, including new art added unless you contact me FIRST.
Trades and gifts are allowed as well. Please notify me of any trades so I can update the adoptable page with the new owner.
