A milkman for the wretches and criminal scum residing in Myrkur, Howie is a former cowboy born in Occupe who's learning to love himself.

Howie, for much of his childhood, thought he was a human. His parents, who had migrated to Occupe in order to scorn their own species and the fetishization that came along with it, birthed him and immediately put a glamor on him so that he appeared just as human as both of them did. Howie always felt like something was off but considering he was home schooled in a small hot southern town where only human children resided he never suspected that he was one of those cursed milkies his parents taught him to scorn. You could imagine it was quite the shock when he turned 11 and his forehead grew itchy with the pain of growing horns.
He learned who he and his family was with mixed emotions. Admittedly he never really hated milkies (how could he hate someone he's never met) however he immediately thought himself wretched and, more then anything else, felt as if he was a failure and his parents were too. As soon as it was all explained Howie ran away never to be seen in that town again but to be seen in similar towns, steadily growing into a young milkie migrant who used his small town knowledge to earn scraps as a farm hand. Eventually, when that wasn't good enough he turned to crime with a few other cowboy romanticizing badlanders and things got so bad that he was thrown on Myrkur, the home of criminals, before he was even 18.
Being banished to baddie island actually was one of the best things that happened to him, though, as he learned to love himself from the eyes of others and happily grew into an errand boy and then the unofficial milk man for the closest thing that the island has to a main city.

Gentle | Kind | Hardworking | Innocent | Ominous | Rough around the edges
Gentle with others and kind both to the eyes and the people who he talks to, it's clear that Howie is a well to-do and hardworking young milky. Despite his innocent aura, however, there are times when an ominous air clouds his eyes (specifically when people ask about his milk). He is a former criminal after all and, despite being nice, hasn't exactly reformed. He's rough around the edges but still, tries his best!

-It's best not to ask where he get's his milk.... he gets ominous and simply says "Milk Comes From The Man".
-No one pays for the milk, no one asked him to be a milk man, he just decided to do it.
-Friends with Mel, he drops off fresh milk at her bar and often hangs around when everyone's got their bottle! She's a big mother figure!
-Still instinctually shakes his head at other milkies/has racist tendencies. He does his best to hide it and refute though.
-Looks and acts older then he is but he's a soft little baby,,,
-Doesn't drink alcohol or have very many vices he is as clean as pure white milk.
-People flirt with him all the time, sometimes he indulges but he still seems to have a little virgin man air about him.
-Lives in a defunct shack behind a heavily forested hill. There's a big pasture where he has wild animals. (Cows although the dark au is milkies)
