Ooh, I remember seeing Jacek around on the forums, it's nice to come across him again! I find his concept super interesting, especially how his scarf is inhabited by spirits! Not one spirit, but two!! It makes me wonder what their personalities are like and how they cohabit, haha. I'd love to see that aspect being developed! I also think another thing you could develop is how Jacek communicates, since he is mute; the fact he is described as polite makes me even more curious!
His design is also super well-put together (and cute!), I think it was a subtle mysterious touch that is perfect for Jacek's character! All in all, I think he is a super neat OC with a lot of potential! :D
