Trey is a main character in Love Sick, it is unknown what his status is. All that is known after Love Sick is that something happened to him. He is a very sweet guy, and constantly helps Alexis to deal with Skull and Devin! There is times where he can get a bit hot-headed, but, he is wholesome.
