Piopiomi Tsubame

Piopiomi Tsubame is a 2nd year U.A high school student from class 1-B. she's a shy, but hyperactive and diligent student who can be quite a challenging and unpredictable opponent in a fight. 

Quirk: Parrot.  Piopiomi's mutation-type quirk causes her to closely resemble a bird, more specifically, a Black-Headed Caique, and grants her all the advantages (and disadvantages) of such a form.

Strangely, she cannot fly, but is a great climber, she uses her highly dexterous talons in circumstances where hands would helpful; her desk is specialised so she can use her feet to write. another shortcoming is a limited vocabulary. When not using her mimicry quirk, she has the speech capabilities of a regular parrot. She sorta sounds like this

 Abilities: 

Mimic: Pio is capable of perfectly repeating and mimicking most sounds she hears, such as voices, machinery and animals. 

Decibel Blast: Pio's screech can reach up to a deafening 170 Db of noise. 

Polydactyl: Pio Has highly dextrous talons for feet which allow her to climb and manipulate objects with them.
