Balnira

Balnira was born to a family of pure-blooded kaus. Nothing really interesting in her life aside from the notable fact that her childhood friend, Zartok, would soon become the leader and eventually ask her to be his mate. She, however, rejected him and the two only stayed friends.

She is one of the kau to be captured and taken to the underworld as a slave. There she met an angel hybrid, whom she fell in love with and eventually bore his child. Not wanting to have their son to grow up in such a horrid place, she escaped with a few others slaves and had to break up with Neptune. 

She fled back to the desert, only to be surprised that it was deserted. Nothing was left aside from equipment and remains of what was once her clan. However, she knew that there must be survivors somewhere but because Taski was too young to go on such a journey--she stayed and waited for him to grow. Desert life was harsh when one was alone but Balnira managed to scrape by and avoid her son and herself from getting captured again.

When Taski was twelve was when they finally left the desert to search for her missing clan.

EFS (Everyone Freaking Suffers) Ending

It started when she stopped coming. Balnira’s instincts have been a bit stronger since living out in the desert. By then, Taski was just ten years old.

Something told her to leave. Now.
While she wanted to stay and wait until Taski was twelve, something didn’t feel quite right. So she packed up and went.

They traveled through the desert and faced many obstacles, but worst of all, demons. There were more in the desert, and they were no doubt hunters. She needed to get out.

Long story short, she later had to fight to the death, hiding Taski under a hole of a tree to prevent him from getting captured.
